All of our training sessions are structured to correct and strength your weaknesses in order for you to have a better balanced workout. Most of our group training sessions focus on total body conditioning with cardiovascular interval drills, flexibility, mobility, endurance, core conditioning and resistance training using free weights (kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc.) and resistance bands targeting all the difficult areas you are looking to improve. You can feel comfortable working out in a non-competitive, non-intimidating, and supportive group environment. All equipment is provided.
You will not see cookie-cutter training programs at Golden State Fitness & Performance; rather, each and every one of our training sessions are tailored for the specific needs and goals of our clients. We specialize in strength-mobility training as well as metabolic conditioning that maximizes results and fat loss while minimizing the risk of injury.
